When you buy a token we collect your name, phone number and email, and what you bought and when.
To deliver your token, send your receipt, help you if something goes wrong, and keep a record of sales.
Your payment is handled by our payment partner, Monnify. Your token is bought from our token supplier. We do not sell your details or use them for adverts. We do not store your card details.
Your token card has your name on it. Only ExamInfo staff can use the QR code to verify it, and it needs a password.
